During the mini-fashion show held at Robinsons Place Manila for Guitar Apparel, Maja Salvador admitted that she was willing to work with ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson.
In fact, Maja revealed that she was supposed to portray the role of Maine Mendoza in Isa Pa With Feelings with JC Santos.
During the time Isa Pa With Feelings was offered to her, JC was not available, and the production team decided to replace JC with Gerald Anderson but this also fell through. Carlo Aquino and Maine Mendoza eventually got the roles for the film.
Maja shared: “Una kasi, tinanggap ko yun una with JC Santos, then hindi pwede si JC. Tapos biglang Gerald daw, then okay lang din ako, hanggang hindi nagpush through yung project.”
According to Maja, she’s only willing to accept a project with Gerald if the material is good.
Meanwhile, during an interview with Philstar in 2018, Gerald expressed willingness to work with ex-girlfriends Kim Chiu and Maja Salvador.
Gerald used to exclusively date fellow Pinoy Big Brother housemate Kim in 2006 but they parted ways in 2010.
After three years, Gerald got into an official relationship with Kim’s then best friend Maja that lasted for two years.

Maja just renewed her endorsement for Guitar apparel and she was pretty excited to do more collaborations with the brand.
The multi-award-winning actress also explained what she and Guitar apparel have in common.
“I’m so grateful! I’m super happy for the renewal dahil another year para mag grow kami together ng Guitar. Classic, parehong classic. Kahit ang tagal na pareho sa industriya nandyan pa rin patibay lang ng patibay. Parang hindi nawawala sa panlasa ng mga Pinoy.”
