Kate Valdez and Migo Adecer are doing their first acting project together in the lead roles.
The two Kapuso stars were chosen to topbill GMA Public Affairs and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts’ (NCCA) new series titled ‘Project Destination.‘
This was announced last March 3, at a press conference for the series.

‘Project Destination‘ is the six-part mini-series of NCCA which highlights Filipino values and native culture.It tells the love story of Andre (Adecer), a Filipino-American vlogger, and Loret (Valdez), the daughter of a political family in Negros.
Also part of the cast are indie actors Yul Servo, Royce Cabrera, and Kapuso child star Seth Dela Cruz.
Directed by Zig Dulay, the drama special is set to air this March 14 on GMA News TV.
Kate and Migo are known for doing villain and “third wheel” roles in GMA dramas.

Both of them are currently part of the primetime series Anak ni Waray vs. Anak ni Biday portraying supporting characters.
It was in 2015 when Kate signed a contract with GMA Artist Center. She later appeared on Destiny Rose as Violet Vitto Jacobs.
Meanwhile, Migo entered Philippine showbiz as a contestant in StarStruck’s sixth season and was named as the “Ultimate Male Survivor.” He is known for his role as Anthony in the 2016 retelling-
Encantadia and as Yuan in Philippine adaptation of My Love from the Star.
