One of them is the Megastar Sharon Cuneta who she shared that she channels her pain and disappointment in her work.

The Pasan ko ang Daigdig star shared on how she used work as an outlet to distract her from her problems, “Hindi talaga ako maarte. Walang tanong-tanong basta di ko ikamamatay! Masunurin talaga aong bata noon pa.
“I used my work as my main distraction and focused all my energy into my job. Always arrived on time earlier.”
She also shared that she suppressed her emotions while working even till this day,
“Never acted depressed- I suppressed my depression! Hahaha! I am still so the same until now. Pag may personal na problema, WORK! Pero nadagdagan na ng isa pa-LIPAD! BAKASYON! LUMAYO!!”
Nevertheless, the actress said that we shouldn’t be knocked down by our problems, instead we should fight back and continue what we are doing,
“Huwag papatalo sa problema. Lilipas din lahat ng paghihirap ng puso at buhay. Proven ko na yan.”
And lastly, Sharon shared that it is very important to love our self more than anything,
“No peron in the world is worth destroying yourself for! Remember that. Love Yourself. Para may love kang maibigay sa iba. You cannot love with an empty heart.”
Megastar Sharon Cuneta is known for her warmth and being emotional. Recently she even explained her sentiments over her daughter, KC Concepcion on Instagram.
Fortunately the two were able to mend their relationship.
She even promoted the new YouTube page of her daughter through her Instagram account.

The sum of money would go to Bantay Bata 163, the chosen beneficiary of the said online concert.
Asia’s Songbird Regine got very emotional when announcing Sharon was donating one million pesos to the abandoned kids.
