Pinoy Big Brother winner Maymay Entrata stars in one of the first projects of Star Magic and Star Cinema after the imposition of quarantine and the denial of ABS-CBN’s franchise, Listen to Love: The Four Bad Boys and Me.
Entrata expressed her gratitude to Star Magic and Star Cinema for giving her the chance to work on this project and giving her the fairy tale life she has now.
“Very thankful ako nanjan yung Star Magic Family, Star Cinema at Star Music na talagang patuloy na maging tulay sa pangarap ko which is go pa rin ako kasi nga dun naman talaga. Sila yung nagbigay ng sakin ng ganitong fairy tale na life ko,” said Entrata.
She also added that although there are an on-going pandemic and ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal was denied, she is still blessed because she gets to continue making Kapamilyas happy.
“Aside dun sobrang blessed kasi nga sa kabila ng mga nangyayari sa ating mga pandemya, tsaka yun nangyayari sa kapamilya natin ay patuloy pa rin yun blessing na dumarating sakin at the same time patuloy pa rin yun pagpapasaya natin sa ating mga kapamilya,” Entrata added.
She also feels that Listen to Love has given her and the cast a new hope during the quarantine, and it helped her keep an optimistic view despite what’s happening.
“Ito pong Listen to Love, mas nabigyan ng hope yung quarantine life namin. Nung dumating yung Listen to Love parang nabuhay ulit yung pagiging mas positibo namin. Bale nakatulong din itong blessing na ito na mag mas look forward pa kami sa future namin. So hindi ibig sabihin na madaming ng nangyayari ng negatibo sa buhay natin eh dito na matatapos. Bale challenge lang,” Entrata added.
Entrata will take on the role of DJ Zari. A narrator that ties both the story and audience to Candice’s (Kaori Oinuma) misadventures as she traverses her life with the four bad boys on her tail.
