In the recent interview for Bida Star Gandang Naturally Fresh Hosts, KarJon (Karina Bautista and Aljon Mendoza) and AshTan (Ashley Del Mundo and Tan Roncal) answered how they keep things fresh between them.
Karina and Aljon revealed how they keep things fresh between them. Aljon highlighted that they exert effort in getting to know each other more. As for Karina, she said they feel comfortable with one another.
“Syempre marami na kaming alam sa isa’t isa madami at alam na nanamin kung ano yung ugali ng isa’t isa. So syempre, kahit naman ngayon nag-eexert pa rin naman kami ng effort para magstay ng gandang naturally fresh ang aming samahan,” said Aljon.
“Of course, kapag friends na kayo, you tend to be very comfortable with each other,” said Karina.
Ashley and Tan also shared how they keep things fresh between their love team. Ashley said they learn new things about each other. As for Tan, he said they make sure to put effort into showing that they value their relationship.
“Me and Tan (We) have known each other for two years na. Me and Tan (We) are really learning something new about each other every day, hindi naman mawawala yun,” said Ashley.
“Sa’kin naman we make sure na maglagay ng effort, nagpu-put kami ng effort, like shino-show ko sa person na pangalagaan yung relationship namin and stuff. Tapos ayun po nagka-catch up kami nagka-call kung kamusta ka,” said Tan.
Concerning the pressure, both love teams said that they do feel pressure when it comes to their love teams. For Aljon, he deals with it by enjoying their love team. As for Karina, she handles it by exploring what their love team can do.
“Syempre yung pressure na yun hindi yun mawawala. Pero para sa akin kasi, kapag masyado kang seryoso sa isang bagay parang nakakalimutan mong mag-enjoy,” said Aljon.
“It’s very (important) nga to find some spice, explore. As a love team, what can we do more,” said Karina.
For AshTan, they said they handle pressure by putting effort into what they do and respect each other’s life decisions.
“Of course, as a love team, although we want the opportunities, we still waiting on opportunities, like sa amin, I think talaga to put effort yung hard work nga, put yourself out there,” said Ashley.
“As a love team naman nandun din yung pressure na, we respect each other’s life decisions as friends,” said Tan.

KarJon became a love team in 2018 when fans of the reality TV show saw the chemistry between the two while inside the PBB house. While for AshTan, viewers did see their closeness inside the PBB house. However, it wasn’t until they got to the outside world that they became a love team.
Now, the love teams host the Star Hunt’s Bida Star Gandang Naturally Fresh.
