Actor Albert Martinez’s rumored affair with a young star has finally developed for real.
During Take It… Per Minute, Me Ganun! episode 107, Filipino television personality Mr. Fu recalled the blind item about the actor and a young star’s alleged relationship.
“Nababalita noon na magkasama sila sa locked-in taping eh palagi raw nakikita sa isang dressing room o sa isang kuwarto.
“Ang sabi pa, kaya daw nakakapunta itong baguhang actress kay veteran actor ay dahil sa pinapayagan naman ni mudrakels, ng nanay.” said Mr. Fu.
Earlier, showbiz reporter Lolit Solis revealed the actor and the young star’s name, saying they’re Albert Martinez and Faith Da Silva.
Mr. Fu shared an update on Martinez and the young star’s rumored affair, implying that the two have made their relationship official.
“Pero ang balita ngayon, ang follow-up story eh mukhang lantaran na, mukhang sila na. Parang sila na talaga itong si Veteran actor at ang baguhang actress.”
Mr. Fu also revealed that the rumors about the young actress didn’t come as a surprise, given her history of relationships with older men.
Showbiz coulumnist Cristy Fermin teased clues to the actor in the blind item.
“Ang swerte n’ya kung totoohanin s’ya ni second Veteran Actor. Ang yaman-yaman na ni second veteran actor.
“Pero, payag ba ang mga anak ni Albert Martinez,” Solis revealed.
“Eh, sino ba ‘yung baguhang actress?” Mr. Fu inquired.
“Si Faith Da Silva, anak ni Dennis Da Silva,” Solis replied.
Martinez and Da Silva are currently working on GMA Network’s upcoming teleserye Las Hermanas.
The Kapuso series directed by Monti Puno Parungao also stars Yasmien Kurdi and Thea Tolentino. Las Hermanas is one of the future teleseryes which will air soon on GMA Afternoon Prime and GMA Pinoy TV.
