On September 25, Kapuso artist Kyline Alcantara admitted that she looks forward to working with Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes again.
During her launch as the newest face of Ever Bilena, she said she missed working with her former Annaliza co-star.
“Honestly, sobrang saya ko po. Kasi nami-miss ko din naman si Blythe eh. Ang tagal na naming hindi nagkakasama. And, ang tagal na rin naming hindi nagkakausap. So right now na nasa same brand kami sana magkaroon ng collaboration.
“Of course, I want to work with her soon again kasi until now pinaguusapan pa rin ‘yung Annaliza and until now, ang dami pa ring nakakakilala sa akin because of Annaliza. So I cannot wait for people to watch us together again in one movie or kahit in one scene nga lang eh.”
Annaliza was a Kapamilya teleserye that aired from 2013 to 2014. It starred Brillantes, Zanjoe Marudo, Denise Laurel, Patrick Garcia, Kaye Abad, and Carlo Aquino. Alcantara portrayed the role of Arlene Mae C. Benedicto, as the envious and insecure older half-sister of Annaliza.
As for her most recent project, Alcantara described I Left My Heart in Sorsogon as having ‘K-Drama Feels.’
“Napanood na namin kasi ‘yung trailer na bawal pang ilabas. Sobrang parang may K-Drama feels siya. As in ang light noong feeling. Of course, may drama parts rin ‘yung I Left My Heart in Sorsogon. A lot of kiligs, a lot of fresh faces.”
She then highlighted her co-stars Heart Evangelista, Richard Yap, Paolo Contis, and Mavy Legaspi.
“And syempre makikita rin naman doon ‘yung batikan si ate Heart, si Kuya Pao, Tito Richard at napakarami pa pong iba. At una niyong makikitang umakting si Mavy Legaspi as my ka-love team kaya I’m really really proud of it.”
Alcantara also revealed that she considers Evangelista as one of her ‘Beauty Inspirations’.
“My beauty inspiration, Beyonce. Sa Local naman ate Heart Evangelista. Why Beyonce and ate Heart? Kasi pinapakita nila ‘yung totoong sila. And pinapakita din nila, inii-spread din nila ‘yung message nila na kapag gusto mo talagang maging maganda ka sa harap ng tao, it really needs to come from within.”
Alcantara became the newest face of the Philippine cosmetic brand, Ever Bilena.
