Kapamilya artist Ingrid Dela Paz recalled her experience of social media harassment after supporting Vice President Leni Robredo via her Twitter account on February 16, 2022.

Dela Paz recounted her experience with toxic netizens on her Facebook account, noting that she plans on changing her social media platform for politics.

She also shared a screenshot of a harsh, inappropriate, explicit message she received from a netizen named Jhie Dahla, noting that the person owning the Facebook account was a supporter of Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr.

Unfortunately, Dela Paz isn’t the last artist, personality, or celebrity to receive harassment from zealotry-driven Filipinos too attached to the politician they are supporting.

As for her career, Dela Paz began her career as an actress in 2013 and worked on Kapamilya TV productions such as The Killer Bride, Wildflower, and Maalaala Mo Kaya.
