Actress and singer Mikee Quintos proved she can do more than captivate audiences on screen—she can command a live stage, too.
At the recently concluded Miss Manila 2026 coronation night, Mikee made an impressive hosting debut alongside Marco Gumabao and Ahtisa Manalo, bringing warmth, wit, and unmistakable Manileña charm to one of the city’s biggest celebrations.
From the moment she welcomed the audience with the line, “Welcome to Manila. Welcome to my city,” it was clear that the evening held special meaning for the actress, who proudly calls Manila home.
A true-blue Manileña from Sampaloc, Mikee effortlessly connected with the crowd by sharing fond childhood memories of growing up in the city.
“Ang pinaka-favorite ko sa Sampaloc, lagi ko inaabangan umulan. Kasi pag umulan, ibig sabihin maglalaro ako sa kalsada. Tapos hihintayin ko yung ice cream na dadaan sa street,” she recalled, drawing smiles and applause from the audience.
Throughout the evening, Mikee’s natural energy and easy rapport with her co-hosts kept the program lively and engaging. Her hosting style felt polished yet relatable—striking the perfect balance between elegance and fun.
She also turned heads with three standout looks, from a beaded teal Filipiñana to a glamorous white gown that perfectly capped off the night.
For many in attendance, Miss Manila 2026 became more than just a pageant—it was also the night Mikee Quintos introduced a new side of herself: a confident and charismatic host with a genuine love for her city.
As Manila celebrated its 455th anniversary and crowned Pandacan’s Beatrice Santos as Miss Manila 2026, one thing was equally clear—Mikee Quintos has found another stage where she truly shines.
