Herlene Budol admitted she did not earn even a single centavo from her early vlogs due to being scammed by the people she trusted.
On January 31, via a facebook post, she explained why she was not earning anything from her YouTube vlogs.
“Sobra akong happy kasi 1st time kong magkaroon ng Dollar Account, at sa akin na direkta mapupunta ang sahod ko sa YOUTUBE simula ngayon!
“Maraming nag-aakala mayaman na ako dahil maraming views at daming subs ang hipon girl nyo, pero ang totoo wala akong nakukuha ni singkong duling mula nagsimula ang channel ko.”
Budol was thankful to her new manager, Wilbert Tolentino, who made the necessary procedures to fix her YouTube channel.
“Nakakalungkot lang isipin kasi kahit kani-kanino ako nagtiwala at binigay ko mga password para maka-access sila tapos kinahoy lang ang sahod ko.
“Kaya answered prayer nung dumating ang bago kong manager Sir Wilbert Tolentino at inaayos lahat ng kailangan ayusin na walang kapalit.
“God bless sa atin at lagi ko kayo kasama sa prayers ko,” she captioned.
In 2019, Budol’s journey in the entertainment industry started when she became a Wowowin contestant. Since then, she entered the fields of hosting, vlogging, and acting.
In 2022, she will portray the character of Maganda in the upcoming fantasy rom-com GMA series titled False Positive. Buboy Villar will play as Malakas. The series will be led by Glaiza De Castro and Xian Lim.
