After their Pinoy Big Brother stint, Alexa Ilacad and KD Estrada received consecutive offers for projects.
On March 7, via Instagram, Dreamscape Entertainment revealed the series, which Ilacad and Estrada will soon star together: “New series “Run To Me” to star KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad!

On January 19, Kapamilya artist-singer Ilacad hinted at which love team she would get paired up with.
“I don’t want to choose. I’m going to be showbiz right now and say I cannot choose. Kasi, if I choose, I’m going to break someone’s heart which I don’t want. And I actually don’t have to choose anymore because the management is choosing for me, so abangan na lang nila kung sino ‘yun.”
On January 23, after their TV guesting in ASAP Natin ‘To, the two former Pinoy Big Brother housemates have confirmed that they are going to be an official love team.
On February 26, Estrada and Ilacad had their digital concert titled KDLex: The Fancon. The said event was streamed via KTX.
When Ilacad was asked if she feels Estrada will be her new lover, she answered: “Sabi nga ni Kuya, malalaman niyo yan sa takdang panahon. I am enjoying his company… What I love about KD is he helps me grow and I help him grow. We are like two plants watering each other and growing at the same time. It feels really healthy.”
