The flagship Kapamilya program FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano came closer and established a minimal gap against its rival Kapuso program First Lady.
Despite its network’s limited reach, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano remains at the top of the leaderboards, facing top-rated programs of GMA Network.
From April 18 to April 20, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano remained consistent in the #3 spot on the rating chart while First Lady settled in the second position.
On April 18, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano earned an 11.6% rating while First Lady recorded a 12.8%, establishing a 1.2% gap.
But in terms of online views on YouTube, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano won big with around 4.6 million total views, while First Lady earned less than half a million views.
The following day, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’s gap against First Lady increased to 1.4% as the former earned an 11.9% rating.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’s YouTube episodes on that day had 5.5 million views, while First Lady still earned less than 500k views.
And on April 20, the two rival programs established a little gap as FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano earned a 12.2% rating while First Lady settled with 12.5%.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’s YouTube also increased to 6.2 million on the same day, while First Lady dropped to 400k views.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano and First Lady are in a tough competition to be the most-watched TV series nationwide. However, the Kapamilya program is a clear winner in terms of online views.
