Kapuso network’s newest historical-fantasy series Maria Clara at Ibarra (MCI) maintains its lead in the rating board in its second week.
In the latest rating report from Nielsen Philippines NUTAM People’s survey on Monday, October 10, MCI maintained its number two position in the rating board with a rating score of 14.5% beating its rival program Darna with a 7.0% rating.
MCI started strong in its pilot week, beating Darna with a huge 8% lead on its pilot episode on October 3 at 15.1% vs 7.1%.
The show also continues to draw raves from netizens who are hooked on the series.
A tweet from @xiaoless lauded MCI’s storyline adding the series deserves to be seen by the world through Netflix.
