Kapamilya actress Janella Salvador’s Green Darna Costume trended on social media on December 16.

The Darna episode showed a dream sequence for Regina (Salvador), showing her a version of Darna with a green-themed costume.

Fans got excited seeing Salvador donning a green-themed Darna.

As for the Friday episode, the series hinted at a cliffhanger showing Narda (Jane De Leon) and Valentina scuffling with the heroine letting go of her stone, the source of her power, and possibly having the main antagonist of the series, acquiring Darna’s power source.

Will this have their storyline progress with Salvador becoming the new Darna or even an evil Darna?

The Darna franchise has always shown an evil version of Darna with GMA Network’s Black Darna, donned by Katrina Halili in 2005.
