M4 World Champions ECHO regains the lead at the scoreboard with their stellar performance in Week 3. Fans saw the Orcas’ masterful kontrapelo strategy against TNC Pro Team and Nexplay EVOS for back-to-back 2-0 victories, resulting in their five-match winning streak.
Meanwhile, Byaheng Tagumpay has finally taken off with TNC Pro Team exhibiting its winning formula and recording its breakthrough match win.
BREN Esports now sits in the 2nd spot, while RSG Slate PH successfully blocked MPL Philippines defending champions Blacklist International in third place. The Raiders remained unfazed even with Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna’s signature Estes pick. John Paul “H2wo” Salonga made sure to prepare for his reunion match and emerge victorious against former teammate Renejay “Renejay” Barcarse.
This week will open with a match between Blacklist International and BREN Esports, homes of the world titles. Renejay becoming an agent was one of the biggest roster shuffle news this season. However, he has yet to prove whether his addition is actually beneficial for the team, especially with Edward subbing in every now and then.
TNC Pro Team will be expected to have another successful stop for Biyaheng Tagumpay with their match against Smart Omega also struggles to climb the leaderboard.
