EM-CORE and Compact Pharmaceuticals have officially renewed their partnership, ensuring the continued production and distribution of premium health products.
The contract signing took place on August 17, 2024, at Discovery Suites in Pasig City.
Reynaldo Pangilinan, Jr., President and CEO of EM-CORE, expressed excitement over the renewal, highlighting the decade-long success of their flagship product, 24 Alkaline C. “Our product 24 Alkaline C has been in the market for ten (10) years now. We’ve been in partnership with Compact (Pharmaceuticals) ever since the product was born. To answer the question, the raw materials that are used in our 24 Alkaline C come from DSM Switzerland, which makes a big difference from other brands available in the market,” Pangilinan said. He emphasized the product’s distinctiveness, noting that its raw materials are sourced from DSM Switzerland, which sets it apart from competitors.
24 Alkaline C, a sodium ascorbate supplement, has gained popularity for its ability to boost the immune system and alleviate symptoms of conditions like Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).
Pangilinan pointed out the advantages of sodium ascorbate over traditional ascorbic acid, stating, “Sodium ascorbate alkaline doesn’t give this feeling in your tummy, unlike ascorbic acid. You can only take what is prescribed.”
