K-pop star Jay B, leader and main vocalist of GOT7, is making his highly anticipated return to Manila for his solo concert, ‘Tape: Re Load’, happening on March 2, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center.

The 31-year-old singer, whose real name is Lim Jae-beom, assured fans during a recent media interview that he has prepared extensively for this show, promising a unique experience for his Filipino audience.
“I want you to know that I have prepared the concert really hard. I wanted to show that every performance has a little difference, so I really thought through that. Those are the factors you could notice during my concert,” he shared through an interpreter.
Jay B also revealed that ‘Tape: Re Load’ will bring a different energy compared to his 2022 ‘Tape: Press Pause’ tour, where he focused on youthful and lively performances.
“Before, with ‘Press Pause,’ I wanted to give a more young, lively, and pop-based performance. But this time, I’m a bit greedy—I want to show that I am sexy and nice,” he teased.
Aside from his solo tour, Jay B recently reunited with his GOT7 bandmates for their latest extended play (EP), ‘Winter Heptagon,’ released on January 20. The group also held a three-day concert in Seoul from January 31 to February 2 to celebrate their comeback.
As a solo artist, Jay B has been focusing on R&B and hip-hop music, releasing his latest album ‘Archive 1: [Road Runner]’ in November 2024. His distinct musical style continues to establish him as a standout in the industry.
Manila is the first stop in Jay B’s ‘Tape: Re Load’ Asia tour, which will take place from March to April 2025. The Manila leg of the tour is produced by Wish Us Luck, marking Jay B’s second solo concert in the country after his 2022 ‘Tape: Press Pause’ show.
