The beloved BT21 characters are taking fans on a magical adventure in the Philippines through a one-of-a-kind interactive pop-up experience now open at SM Megamall’s Mega Fashion Hall from June 18 to July 3, 2025.
Titled ‘BT21: The Journey to the Philippines,’ this is the first-ever immersive pop-up event in the country dedicated to BT21—the globally loved characters created by K-pop supergroup BTS in collaboration with LINE FRIENDS. The pop-up brings Koya, RJ, Shooky, Mang, Chimmy, Tata, Cooky, and Van to life in a vibrant and interactive setting designed to celebrate friendship, creativity, and Filipino culture.
The experience features themed photo zones that allow fans to step into the whimsical worlds of each character. Among the highlights is the Boundless Friendship Locks area, where visitors can symbolize their bond with BT21 and fellow fans by securing locks that represent lasting connections.
Another key attraction is the Dream Work Tunnel, a colorful walkthrough installation that embodies teamwork and collaboration—core themes that resonate deeply with the BTS and BT21 fandom.
To access the activities, fans need to download the SM Malls Online app, search for ‘BT21,’ and redeem codes for each experience through the app. This digital integration ensures a seamless and fun experience for everyone.
More than just an interactive event, the pop-up is also a haven for BT21 merchandise collectors. Official items such as plushies, tote bags, apparel, accessories, and stationery are available not only at the venue but also in partner retailers like SM Store, Miniso, Ace Hardware, Bench, and Toy Kingdom.
