After Ahmed’s triumphant return from a three-year hiatus alongside Elderbrook this spring, he has been lighting up stages at Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Electric Forest, Ibiza’s [UNVRS] Opening Party, and more. On the other hand, Ankhoï is currently riding the wave of his latest and most streamed single to date – “Closer To The Floor,” with Jazzy, which they recently performed alongside one another at their Fête de la Musique pop-up party at the Eiffel Tower.
“Mood,” out July 4 via DHB Records, blends breathy, sun-drenched vocals with organic instrumentals, groovy melodies, and a flirty splash of funk and disco – capturing the same radiant energy that’s made it a fan favorite at Deep House Bible parties worldwide, premiered at the DHB event in front of the Giza pyramids in Egypt back in February.
