After a year in the program, Ms. Siquete noted a significant increase in her daughter’s independence and accountability.
“Their independence and accountability really go up,” she added. “Because it is their responsibility to know and submit their projects; if they do not, there are consequences.”
Therefore, they try their best to submit all their requirements.” Ms. Siquete emphasized, “There’s a different kind of skill and a different kind of value that they would be able to get from SmartClass that they won’t get from traditional schools or other homeschool programs.”
