For the first time in ‘Drag Race’ herstory, a live band took the stage during a lip-sync battle.
The groundbreaking moment came in the ‘Lip Sync Lalaparuza Smackdown’ episode of ‘Drag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale’, which aired Wednesday, Sept. 24.

The six remaining queens—Arizona Brandy, Brigiding, Khianna, Suki Doll, Yuhua, and Viñas DeLuxe—battled across three rounds of lip-sync smackdowns, each fighting to secure their spot in the competition.
By the end of the round, Suki Doll, Brigiding, and Arizona Brandy emerged victorious. Brigiding was ultimately declared the episode’s winner, gaining the power to save one of the bottom queens. She chose to spare fellow Divine Divas member Viñas DeLuxe, leaving Khianna and Yuhua to lip-sync for survival.
In a history-making twist, the final showdown featured a live performance by OPM band Lola Amour, who played their hit single ‘Misbehave.’ The band shared their excitement on X (formerly Twitter), posting: “Grabe rin ‘yung saya namin nito, gusto rin namin maki-cheer habang nanonood.”
Mama Pao declared Khianna the winner of the lip sync, sending Yuhua home.
Five queens now remain in the competition, with ₱2,000,000 in cash courtesy by BingoPlus and a year’s supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics at stake, along with induction into the first-ever Slaysian Hall of Fame.
The live performance didn’t end on the ‘Drag Race’ stage. At a viewing party held at Rampa Drag Club in Quezon City, Lola Amour performed ‘Misbehave’ once again—this time alongside Drag Race Philippines Season 3 winner Maxie.
With just a few episodes left, the competition heats up as the queens edge closer to the crown. ‘Drag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale’ streams every Wednesday exclusively on WOW Presents Plus.
