Looks like love is sweeter the second time around for Mister International 2025 Kirk Bondad and former ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Otso’ housemate Lou Yanong, who appear to have rekindled their relationship after months of speculation.
The Filipino-German model stirred excitement online after posting a set of cozy photos with Lou on Instagram last October 31, 2025, showing them attending ‘Shrek The Musical’ at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City.
In the photos, Kirk and Lou were all smiles — one shot even showed their hands intertwined — prompting fans to celebrate what seemed to be their romantic reunion. Kirk captioned the post: “A Shrekful night .”
In the comments, fans couldn’t help but gush. “Nagkabalikan ulit!” one follower exclaimed. “I can’ttttt, so bagayyyy huhu I screamed when I saw your photos together again!” wrote another, to which Kirk playfully replied, “Don’t wake your neighbors.”

Another user commented, “Thought they broke up and heard Kirk is… but good to see you two back. Isn’t she lucky?” Kirk simply quipped, “People are .”
Speaking to ABS-CBN, Kirk confirmed that he and Lou are indeed back together and “starting from ground zero.”
“We have been seeing each other for quite some time now. And it was only [then] I was like — screw it, I will post something,” Kirk shared. “It’s like a cold coffee you reheat — it’s still bitter. But it’s still strong. It still works.”
He revealed that their relationship was rekindled about four to five months ago, after reconnecting in church.
“Lou is a beautiful support system,” Kirk said. “I’m privileged to be part of her life again.”
The two first went public with their relationship in October 2024 after being spotted vacationing together in Coron, Palawan. Breakup rumors surfaced in May 2025, when Lou unfollowed Kirk on Instagram — sparking talk that they had split.
