PNB Holdings Corporation has been recognized by BusinessWorld as one of the Best Places to Work in the Philippines for 2025, earning multiple awards that highlight its commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and employee well-being.

The company received two (2) Excellence (Gold) Awards and one (1) Merit (Silver) Award across several categories, affirming its position as an employer of choice in the industry.

GOLD:
• Best Place to Work Across All Organization Sizes

GOLD:
• Best Place to Work for Medium Organizations
• Best Place to Work for Women Employees
• Best Place to Work for LGBTQIA+ Employees
• Best Place to Work for Disabled Employees
• Best Place to Work for Employees Ages 55+

SILVER:
• Best Place to Work for Ethnic Minorities
• Best Place to Work for Employees Ages 16–34
• Best Place to Work for Employee Well-being

This recognition reflects the combined effort of leaders and team members across all ranks to create a workplace that fosters growth, diversity, and collaboration.

“This recognition is a testament to the culture we’ve built together—a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to grow,” said Gladys K. Uy, Vice President for Human Resources. “It’s not just about policies or programs; it’s about people working hand in hand to create an environment that celebrates diversity and nurtures excellence. We are proud of what we’ve achieved, and even more excited about what lies ahead,” she added.

Joselito R. Consunji, Chief Operating Officer, shared that being named one of the Best Places to Work in the Philippines reflects the collective efforts of our leaders and team members across all levels. “At PNB Holdings, we believe that success starts with our people. These awards affirm our commitment to building a workplace that inspires collaboration, innovation, and trust—values that will continue to drive our growth and leadership in the industry,” said Consunji.

The accolades were received during an awards ceremony attended by industry leaders at the Dusit Thani Hotel, with PNB Holdings represented by its senior officers.

As the company continues to grow, this achievement serves as a powerful reminder that our people are our best asset. When we prioritize employee well-being, it translates to improved productivity, which in turn helps our business thrive in the agile sector of real estate.

Looking ahead, PNB Holdings remains bullish on tapping the capital market’s liquidity by listing its shares by way of introduction with the Philippine Stock Exchange, a move that will unlock shareholder value and support its medium and long-term redevelopment plans.
