GMA Kapuso Foundation (GMAKF), the socio-civic arm of GMA Network, commemorates thirty years of saving lives through its blood donation initiative, Sagip Dugtong Buhay, by launching its first bloodletting activity for 2026 on Saturday, February 7.
Sagip Dugtong Buhay is GMAKF’s biannual bloodletting initiative that encourages individuals to take part in saving lives through voluntary blood donation. Through thirty years of service, it has collected 78,491 blood units, benefiting 235,473 patients nationwide, according to the Philippine Red Cross.
Interested donors who wish to take part in Sagip Dugtong Buhay’s continuing legacy of compassion and service through life-saving transfusions may drop by EVER Commonwealth Mall from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on February 7, 2026.
