GMA Network’s action-drama series Sanggang Dikit FR (SDFR) aired its final episode last week, closing its run with a respectable showing in the ratings despite ending on a slight downward trend.

According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, the Dennis Trillo–Jennylyn Mercado starrer capped off its finale week with solid numbers.
On Friday, January 30, the primetime drama registered 7.8 percent, outperforming Kapamilya rival ‘Roja,’ which only managed 4.3 percent ratings. This placed SDFR at the number 4 position on the overall ratings chart, just behind ’24 Oras,’ “Sang’gre,” and “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.”
The finale delivered emotional closure as Tonyo (Trillo) reunited with his father Victor (Al Tantay) after being freed from imprisonment over false accusation. Their reconciliation came with heartfelt apologies and renewed trust after Tonyo initially doubted his father’s innocence. With his family ties mended, Tonyo finally proposed to Bobby (Mercado), sealing their journey as lifetime partners.
Leading up to its finale, the series showed a fluctuating ratings trend.
On Monday, January 26, SDFR scored 8.0 percent, comfortably ahead of “Roja’s” 4.5 percent. It dipped slightly to 7.8 percent on Tuesday, January 27 but maintained its lead against “Roja’s” 4.1 percent.
During the midweek, Wednesday, Januart 28, SDFR saw stability at 7.8%, widening the ratings gap as ‘Roja’ dropped to 4.0%.
However, on Thursday, January 29, the show rebounded to 8.3 percent, still ahead of Roja’s 4.7%, before easing back to 7.8% for its finale.
Since its premiere on June 23, 2025, ‘Sanggang Dikit FR’ consistently led its timeslot, proving to be a strong Kapuso primetime contender throughout its run.
