Radio and television personality DJ Chacha sparked discussion online after comparing politicians to taxis in a candid Facebook post criticizing their accessibility.

In her post, DJ Chacha explained that, like taxis, some politicians seem difficult to find when needed but suddenly become highly visible when they are not.
She noted that this pattern is particularly noticeable among those seeking reelection, especially from the perspective of media practitioners who regularly reach out to public officials.
Yung iba dyan, biglang nagiging ‘Most Accessible Person of the Year’ lang kapag malapit na ang eleksyon,” she added.
The broadcaster ended her post with a call for consistency, expressing hope that elected officials remain accessible to the public beyond campaign periods.
