Actress Matet de Leon has expressed frustration over the continued public discussion surrounding the inheritance controversy involving the children of the late Superstar Nora Aunor.

In a recent TikTok interaction, Matet responded to a netizen who commented that she hoped the family issue would be resolved privately. The actress did not hide her irritation, saying she was already tired of seeing people repeatedly bring up the inheritance issue in the comment sections of her posts.
“Kami ba ang gago? O ang mga tao? Nananahimik kami. Mana ng mana. Nakaka-suka na! Wala kami ire-resolve. Ayoko mag-resolve,” Matet said.
She went on to call out social media users who continue to weigh in on the controversy despite not knowing the full story.
“Manahimik na lang mga kupal na nagco-comment na akala eh alam lahat. Ok na yun,” she added.
Matet also made it clear that she has no interest in discussing her brother, Ian de Leon, who has been at the center of the public dispute with their siblings.
“Wala akong pakialam kay Ian,” she said.
The actress further fueled online speculation after posting a Facebook reel in which she lip-synced to the iconic song ‘Banal Na Aso, Santong Kabayo’ by Yano. In the video, Matet mouthed the lyrics “Banal na aso, santong kabayo. Natatawa ako, hihihihi. Sa ’yo!” while laughing and pointing directly at the camera.
Accompanied only by the caption “Hihihihi,” the post immediately caught the attention of netizens, many of whom interpreted it as a subtle jab related to the ongoing tensions among the de Leon siblings.
Online reactions were mixed, with some urging the family to reconcile while others defended Matet’s right to express her feelings.
The inheritance issue involving the children of Nora Aunor has remained a topic of public discussion in recent weeks, particularly following the exchange of statements between Ian and his siblings, including Lotlot de Leon.
