Atty. Jess Falcis insisted that his older brother, Nicko Falcis, has nothing to do with Kris Aquino‘s allegations. She accused him of using and stealing the credit card of Kris C. Aquino Productions (KCAP).

In a press conference he held, Atty. Jess noted that Nicko is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and knew to document everything he spent using KCAP’s credit card. The lawyer didn’t want to say the unwritten rule in the finance world, “Don’t mess with your accountant.”
“Ako, I would not say naman na, ‘Don’t mess with your accountant.’ Ako, ‘Don’t mess with the truth. Don’t mess with two gay brothers who have the truth on their side. Don’t mess with two gay brothers who have the truth, we have the truth.”
Atty. Jess insisted that they had the truth with them.
“Kung wala ang katotohanan sa panig namin, e, di bumigay na kami… E, hindi pa kami lumuluhod, e. Bakit? May pinaghahawakan kaming katotohanan.”

In court documents, Aquino named Nicko as the man who allegedly stole Php 1.270-million from her. Her complaint affidavit listed down 44 counts of qualified theft against Nicko.
According to Kris, she was “never consulted” and she “never approved” of the expenses that he charged to the KCAP credit card for his “personal benefit.”
