ABS-CBN Network Star Patroller Gretchen Fullido remained silent towards the dismissal of the libel case that she filed against her colleagues, Ces Drilon and Marie Lozano.

It can be recalled that Gretchen sued a libel case against co-reporters Ces Drilon and Marie Lozano, along with an ABS-CBN executive named Venancio Borromeo, for allegedly besmirching Fullido’s reputation, when they stated that she filed a similar sexual harassment complaint just to leverage her employment status with ABS-CBN.
However, the case was filed for dismissal, as prosecutors see that both Drilon and Lozano’s statements were not defamatory. According to Rappler, the resolution dismissing Drilon’s case was dated on January 17 while the resolution for Lozano’s case was dated January 28. But the prosecutors’ decision only became public last night.
On the other hand, Favila one of those whom Gretchen filed a sexual harassment case, was found guilty of gross misconduct, resulting for her to leave the company while Asprec, on the other hand, still works at ABS-CBN.
Sexual harassment complaints were also filed against Favila and Asprec in the Quezon City Prosecutor’s office and accused them of sending her text messages, with sexual innuendos that amounted to requests for sexual favors.
