- Martin Escudero returns to the Kapamilya Network

Mart Enrico Escudero, or more popularly known as Martin Escudero, is finally home.
Martin started his career with Kapamilya network when he was still using the screen name Mark Butler. He used to be part of the reality love team program, Qpids, in 2005. He now returns 14 years later to be part of Ang Probinsyano, which has been airing for almost four years.
Yesterday, July 1, Martin along with new cast members Arron Villaflor, Josef Elizalde, and Kaiser Boado started appearing in the longest-running primetime series.

He plays the role of Lieutenant Karlo Ramos, one of the new members of Task Force Agila, along with lead actor Coco Martin.
Just like everyone, Martin dreamt of working with ABS-CBN. His first tried out to be a part of Star Circle Quest Season 1, the reality show that started the careers of Sandara Park, Hero Angeles, Joross Gamboa, Roxanne Guinoo, and Melissa Ricks.
When he only reached the top 20, he decided to try out for GMA Network’s StarStruck using the name Mart Escudero. He won as the Ultimate Love team together with Kris Bernal.
In 2011, Martin decided to transfer to TV5, using the name Martin Escudero, and was paired with Alex Gonzaga in several drama shows. He also top-billed the HIV-themed drama series, Positive.
Aside from TV 5, the actor did projects with GMA Network, some of his projects were guest appearances in Magpakailanman. His last TV appearance before FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano was the Magpakailanman episode titled “Beki Basketball Beauties” aired earlier this year.
