- Baron Geisler is set to enter rehab again.
Kapamilya actor Baron Geisler is set to return to the rehabilitation center for the treatment of his alcoholism.
According to media sources, Baron allegedly sought permission from the production of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano to go back to rehab due to his continued severe alcoholism.
Baron allegedly promised to return to taping once he’s needed. The only question is, will the rehab facility agree to that set-up?
Baron has had a colorful showbiz career. From his younger years on Ang TV and Tabing Ilog, Baron has grown to be one of the best character actors in the country.
But his stellar career has been characterized by numerous controversies.
In 2008, Geisler was charged with sexual harassment by Yayo Aguila’s daughter Patricia and in 2009 by actress Yasmien Kurdi. In 2010, another case of sexual harassment was filed by Julia Clarete. In 2011, veteran actress Cherry Pie Picache also accused Geisler of sexual harassment.
Aside from sexual harassment charges, Baron also figured in several scuffles which include several fellow actors like Kiko Matos and Ping Media in May and November 2016 respectively. The incident with Medina where he urinated on the actor during a scene for a movie they were shooting led to his ban by PAMI (The Professional Artist Management, Inc.) who refused to let any of their talents to work with the actor.
He was also arrested twice, in 2017 and 2018 after running amok in a bar in Quezon City and after threatening to kill his brother in law in Angeles City.

All of those controversies, Geisler admitted, were all because of his addiction to alcohol.
He was fortunate that earlier this year, Coco Martin gave him another chance to work on television via FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano where he plays murderer thief Bungo.
But with the latest news about his impending return to the rehab, can he still have another shot at showbiz or will this be the end of his career
