Janella Salvador is now open about her relationship with boyfriend Markus Paterson.
In an interview with the press uploaded by Allan Diones on YouTube, The Killer Bride actress said she’s now happy with the state of her relationship with Paterson but they want to keep it more private.
“Masaya, of course I’m happy….Ahmm like, oo naman, napapasaya naman ako, I just don’t wanna share a lot,” she said.
Janella also shared that she preferred to have a boyfriend who is not her love team partner because everyone knows what happened to her relationship with Elmo Magalona.
“Yes, as much as possible ayaw ko nang magkaroon ng love team na totoong buhay din, cause naranasan ko na eh and it didn’t do me any good,” Janella explained.
Asked why she is now more open to share about her new love life, the Kapamilya star said that it’s just the right time since they’ve already recovered from their past experiences.
“Siguro kasi nung time na yun mas careful ako kasi fresh pa. Pero ngayon madami na din kasi akong napagdaanan from that moment, ‘tas marami na kong natutunan. Talagang fully recovered na kaming lahat,” said Janella.
This is the first time that Janella openly admitted her relationship with Markus.
In her previous interviews, Janella refused to confirm or deny what was going on with them saying she doesn’t want to feel again that she’s in a relationship with the whole world.
“I’d rather not release an official statement kung ano man mayroon.
“Kasi based on my last relationship, based on my experience, it doesn’t do me any good na you’re in a relationship with someone pero feel mo, you’re in a relationship with the whole world,” Janella said during her interview with Boy Abunda on Tonight With Boy Abunda.
