After starring in the movie ‘James and Pat and Dave’ on-screen and real-life couple Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte are extending their chemistry to the small screen once again as they are set to co-star in a new Kapamilya series.
The tandem is a part of the ensemble that makes up the cast of a new show from RGE Drama which produced teleseryes like ‘Pamilya Ko‘ and ‘Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit’. The new project was announced by ABS-CBN through an Instagram post but there are no further details.
“Fresh from the success of their blockbuster movie #JamesAndPatAndDave, we are thrilled to welcome Loisa and Ronnie to the #RGEDramaUnit and #RSBScriptedFormat family! #NewShow #Soon,” RGE Drama wrote in the caption.

Aside from Andalio and Alonte, Kapamilya stars Julia Barretto and Tony Labrusca have also been confirmed to be a part of the same series. Ronnie and Loisa have previously teamed up on television when they co-starred in the 2019 action-drama ‘The General’s Daughter‘ starring Angel Locsin.
The couple first revealed their relationship back in 2018 and had been rumored to have broken-up early last year. Andalio and Alonte debunked the rumors and but admitted that it nearly happened in an interview with Magandang Buhay.
