Kapamilya star Erich Gonzales will tie the knot with her non-showbiz boyfriend, Mateo Rafael Lorenzo, on March 23, 2022.
On February 9, Gonzales got reported to marry Lorenzo after their wedding banns were spotted by netizens at St. James the Great Parish in Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City.
Lorenzo was born in 1992 in Metro Manila. As of 2022, he is 29 years old. Lorenzo’s parents are Martin Lorenzo and Dr. Alicia Paez.
Lorenzo’s father used to own Yellow Cab Pizza and Pancake House.
Now Lorenzo is managing a private equity firm, Sierra Madre.
On Instagram, Lolit Solis shared her thoughts on Gonzales marrying her non-showbiz boyfriend.
“WOW talaga ang reaction ng marami sa nalalapit na wedding ni Erich Gonzales kay Mateo Lorenzo, Salve. Dahil nga siguro sa social status ng groom kaya inggit na inggit ang marami.
“Siguro nga nakita ni Mateo na karapat dapat si Erich para sa kanya. Plus, sa totoo lang never naman nasali sa anumang intriga si Erich [nung nag-] simula [ang] career niya [sa showbiz].
“Swerte si Erich pero masasabi mo rin suwerte si Mateo. Kaya Wow na wow talaga. Congratulations Erich and Mateo, stay happy together, forever,” she captioned.
