Daniel Padilla revealed himself as a supporter of incumbent Vice President and presidential aspirant Leni Robredo through a facebook photo uploaded on Wednesday, March 9.
Director Mandy Reyes posted his photo with Padilla while posing beside the poster of Robredo.
“Aba ewan ko sa inyo. Basta kay #LiderLeni kami ng tropa kong gangster,” he captioned.
His photo with Robredo and girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo taken during the 2016 elections also went viral online.
Although Bernardo did not openly show her support for Robredo, her mother, Luzviminda Bernardo, is known as a ‘kakampink.’
The hashtag #DanielPadillaForLeni became a trending topic on twitter following this.
On Instagram, Estrada previously shared that their family “always practice to respect each one’s opinion, and specially political views.”
Estrada, a Tingog Party-list nominee, has declared her support to the UniTeam of presidential candidate Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. and vice presidential aspirant Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio.
“In our Family, we always practice to respect each one’s opinion, and specially political views. Sinisiguro ko na sa aming tahanan pa lang ay buhay na ang mga karapatan ng aming mga boses at pananaw.
“At ang respeto ng mga anak ko, buong pamilya ko at mga taong bukas ang isip, malawak ang pag-intindi, ang tanging importante sa buhay ko. #iisanglayuninMAKATULONG,” she wrote.
