Anthony Taberna and Gerry Baja’s DZRH commentary program ‘Dos Por Dos’ are rumored to end after Taberna posted about airing their last episode on July 29.
However, it was later announced that their program simply moved to a new time slot.
In Taberna’s Facebook post on July 28, he shared a photo with Gerry Baja, seemingly saying goodbye to their commentary program.
“Ang saya pa natin dito Kumbachero. Haaay ganyan talaga ang buhay. Last episode na po namin ni Gerry sa Dos Por Dos bukas ng hapon ( July 29,2022). Maraming salamat po sa inyong pagtutok sa amin tuwing hapon mula noong August 31,2020 sa DZRH. Hanggang sa muli!”
Baja’s Facebook post on the same day also bid farewell to his ‘Dos Por Dos’ partner and their program.
“Oo nga Kumbachero Anthony Taberna ang bilis talaga ng panahon. Umabot din pala tayo ng halos dalawang taon sa DZRH sa hapon. Maraming salamat mga kapamilya, kapuso, kapatid, kabarkada at kapitbahay. Hanggang sa muli!”
Many netizens sympathized with the two saying they would miss their DZRH program.
The program aired on DZRH on August 31, 2020, from 5:00-6:00 PM
On Taberna’s Facebook post on July 31, he announced that their program simply had a new timeslot that’s why they aired their last episode on June 29.
“Confirmed! Simula bukas, Agosto 1, lilipat na ang Dos Por Dos! Kaya nag last episode na kami noong Biyernes ng Hapon, magiging pang-umaga na kasi kami. Alas sais pa lamang, mambubalahaw na kami ni Kumbacherong Gerry B tuwing umaga! Pero take note, DZRH pa rin ha? Maiinit na balita at makabuluhang talakayan na may kasamang tawanan para umaga ay maging magaan Kitakitz starting tomorrow, Dos Por Dos sa Umaga!! Ayooown!!”
‘Dos Por Dos’ still airs on DZRH with a new timeslot from 6:00-8:00 AM that will air from Monday-Friday.
