Kapamilya actress and philanthropist Angel Locsin has finally addressed the persistent rumor about her relationship with her husband, Neil Arce.
Locsin and Arce’s marriage has been a hot topic on social media following gossip and speculation that they are currently dealing with marital problems.
In a series of social media posts on her official Facebook page, the actress dispelled rumors that she and Arce are already separated.
On Tuesday, November 15, Angel posted photos of their civil wedding last year with the caption “Together Forever (heart emoji).”
The post immediately generated traction, as it currently has 14 thousand reactions, 99 shares, and 335 comments.
It was followed by another post on Wednesday, November 16, with the caption “Happy midweek! Spread love (heart hand sign emoji).”
The post has since generated 16 thousand reactions, with 1.2 comments and 218 shares.
Meanwhile, aside from Locsin, her husband Neil Arce also took to social media to debunk the persistent rumors about their alleged separation.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, November 17, Arce laughed at his friends as he asked them why they follow social media pages spreading fake news.
Arce’s statement shared to Ogie Diaz on the same day, saying “Me and my wife are charitable people. Donation na po namin sa fake news peddlers yang kikitain nila sa pagpapakalat ng fake news. Besides deserve naman ng followers ang subscribers nila makarinig ng kasinungalingan.”
