Five Miss Universe Philippines 2023 candidates stood out as they took home the highly-coveted Ms. Hello Glow 2023 title during the recent corporate visit held at Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc. (EBCI) headquarters in Caloocan City.
During the event, thirty-eight Miss Universe Ph beauties took part in a fun roof deck fashion show as they strutted down the runway dressed in their glamorous evening gowns. The ladies who were competing for the Miss Hello Glow 2023 title were judged by an esteemed panel made up of Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina, Smart Chief Strategy Officer Edson Guido and beauty pageant expert and animal welfare advocate Dr. Demiee Sy, DVM.
In the end, the top five candidates were selected: Ms. Bohol Pauline Amelinckx, Ms. Cavite Samantha Alexandra Panlilio, Ms. Cebu Province Emmanuelle Vera, Ms. Makati Michelle Dee and Ms. Quezon City Mary Eileen Gonzales. The grand winner of the Hello Glow award will be announced during the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 grand coronation night on May 23, 2023.

Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina also shared her own advice to the candidates. “You should be more confident with your skin, always love yourself, and embrace your story.”
