On June 2, rapper-businessman Jayson Luzadas, known as Boss Toyo, recounted how he collected the three shirts of Gloc 9, Chito Miranda, and Francis Magalona in the music video ‘Bagsakan.’

At the media event for his song ‘Rap Lord’, which LionhearTV covered, Boss Toyo detailed how he participated in the auction of Parokya ni Edgar for one of their band members.

“Yung nagpa-auction sila ng Polo para sa bandmember nila na may sakit which is si sir Gab. Noong sa Chito Miranda polo, hindi ko pa inamin na ako ‘yung nakabili. They thought na hindi ako ‘yung nakabili, ang daming nagko-comment, tina-tag nila ako, bina-bash nila ako na hindi ‘yan mabibili, pero hindi nila alam ako ‘yung nakabili.”

He also confirmed that he purchased Chito Miranda’s polo shirt for Php 150,000 and Gloc 9’s for Php 80,000.

He narrated how he bid for Francis M’s polo shirt for Php 620,000.

“Noong time na ‘yun parang sabi ko, magkano ‘to aabutin, kasi kumbaga that is the holy grail eh. ‘Yun na lang ‘yung missing piece, the last piece, so sabi ko, magkano ba, kaya ko ba, susugalan ko ba, papaano ba, so ayun na nga, nanahimik ako ulit, hindi nila alam may nag-bid, 100 thousand, 200 thousand, 300 thousand, 400, 500, nagbid ako ng 550, may nagbid ng 600, at the last minute, nag-bid ako ng 620 thousand for the polo.”

He then revealed that he had a potential buyer from the crypto industry for the collection.

“Abangan ninyo ‘yan sa Pinoy Pawn Star, mayroon na. Big time din– crypto, under crypto, so alam ninyo naman kapag under crypto, spender ‘yan.”

As for ‘Bagsakan’, Parokya ni Edgar, with Francis M and Gloc 9, released the single in 2005 on the band’s album Halina sa Parokya.

As for Boss Toyo’s Rap Lord, the Pinoy rap song under the music label Blvck Music is an arrangement of Engr. Louie Cristobal and Romel Afable with JG Beats as Beat Producer.

Boss Toyo’s single is available on digital music streaming platforms, with a music video available on Blvck Entertainment’s YouTube Page.

Boss Toyo’s music video was possible thanks to Alkaviva Waters Philippines, Grace Electronics Philippines, GLC Infinite Waters International, Blue Green Dragon Marketing, LG Realty Development, Café Gracia, and Blvck Creatives Studio.
