Actress Angel Locsin comes in at a close second, with 8.38 million followers while comedian Vice Ganda is at third place with 8.17 million followers.
Twitter failed to put Julia Montes’ name on the list with 4.68M followers (should be on the 12th spot). They also didn’t recognized Angelica Panganiban’s hacked account @sectorkekz with 4.88M followers.
