Singer Kyla recently shared heartbreaking news during her appearance on ‘Magandang Buhay’ as she disclosed experiencing another miscarriage.
Joined by her husband Rich Alvarez, the couple opened up about their ongoing challenges in expanding their family.
In the interview, Kyla revealed that the miscarriage occurred in December, adding to their journey of struggles to conceive. She candidly spoke about the emotional toll of facing multiple miscarriages over the years.
“Our biggest challenge would be giving Toby a sibling. We’ve been struggling for years and years and years. It’s been really hard, especially very recent lang ‘yung sa amin eh. Just before Christmas actually I suffered another one. ‘Yun ‘yung biggest challenge,” Kyla shared.
Despite the heartache, Kyla expressed gratitude for their existing child and remained hopeful for the future. She also expressed deep appreciation for her husband’s unwavering support throughout their ordeal.
“I am also very grateful and thankful kasi at least nabigyan kami ng isa at kung madadagdagan pa, bonus na lang ‘yon. Kaya siguro siya rin ang ibinigay sa akin ni Lord — si Rich — kasi I don’t think anyone would love me like the way he loves me or ever will love me. Parang feeling ko mahirap kasi akong mahalin. Siya lang talaga yung magmamahal sa akin ng ganito. So I am just really thankful,” Kyla expressed.
