Something to bring a smile to your face. Smile 2, sequel to the box office horror hit Smile, has been rated R-18, and will be shown in cinemas in its full uncut g(l)ory.
In 2022, the psychological horror film Smile took the movie world by storm, scaring up $217 million at the global box office. This year’s Smile 2 ups the ante, with a story centered on global pop sensation Skye Riley, played by Naomi Scott (Aladdin, Charlie’s Angels), who begins to experience increasingly terrifying and inexplicable events, just as she’s about to embark on a new world tour. Overwhelmed by the escalating horrors and the pressures of fame, Skye is forced to face her dark past to regain control of her life before it spirals out of control.

Smile 2 (directed by Parker Finn, who helmed the original) continues the twisted and terrifying story of the curse in Smile. Sosie Bacon’s charismatic performance as therapist Rose Cotter in the first film helped bring success to Smile and now Smile 2 boasts of even more familiar names in its cast.
