SB19 made a special appearance during the ‘Magpasikat’ performance of Team Vice Ganda, Karylle, and Ryan Bang on ‘It’s Showtime,’ as part of the show’s 15th-anniversary celebration.
The performance, held on October 21, highlighted stories of hope and resilience, a theme that resonated throughout the entire segment.
Vice Ganda, in particular, expressed immense gratitude to the P-pop group for their participation, sharing that SB19 not only volunteered to adjust the lyrics of their song for the performance but also refused any payment. Their gesture showcased their strong support for the show and the cause it aimed to promote.
The team’s performance featured inspiring stories, including the touching tale of an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) mother who was reunited with her children. Alongside SB19, other notable figures such as two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo and actor Awra Briguela also took part in the segment, sharing personal stories of overcoming adversity.
