Ivana Alawi recently took a firm stand against online bashers targeting her younger sister, Mona Alawi.

In a recent Instagram post, Ivana expressed her frustration at the negativity directed at Mona, who has been open about her struggle with Type 1 Diabetes since 2011.

Ivana, who faced her own health challenges in recent weeks, revealed her disappointment with those who chose to criticize her sister’s condition. “Imaginin niyo, sa ganung pain sumusuko na ako sa life eh mas matindi naman ‘yung pain niya tapos iba-bash niyo ‘yung bata,” she said, adding that Mona’s health issues already present enough challenges without the added burden of online criticism.

“Sa mga namba-bash kay Mona, mga p*t*ng*n* niyo!,” Ivana told her followers, expressing gratitude for fans who continue to support her family. Mona, known for her optimistic outlook despite her condition, appeared briefly in the video, where she shared her thoughts on handling negativity, stating that “people who are happy don’t bring others down.”
