Under the direction of the box-office comedy director’ Wenn V. Deramas, “This Guy’s In Love With You, Mare” shares the complicated, unique, and fun-filled love triangle story of Gemma (Toni), Mike (Luis), and Lester (Vice).
According to Toni, viewers will surely laugh their hearts out in almost all of the scenes in the movie since they all gave their best talent while doing it. “Ito na siguro ang pinakamasayang pelikulang nagawa ko sa tanang buhay ko. Parang at its highest level lahat ng eksena. Todo-bigay lahat,” said Toni. “Wala kaming tinipid dito, lahat ng ikasasaya ng tao ibinigay namin sa pelikulang ito.”
Luis, on the other hand, shared that he was so excited to do the film not only for its unconventional love story but also because he would get to work with his friends. “When they offered this project, siyempre nakita ko ‘yung cast at ‘yun pa lang enough na to get me excited,” he said. “Working with this cast, this unusual storyline, it’s something I’ll always treasure because it’s not everyday na aalukin ang isang artista ng isang ganitong kaibang klaseng pelikula.”
Meanwhile, Vice strongly belives in the sincere intention of their film which is to spread good vibes among the moviegoers. “Ang intensiyon namin sa ‘This Guy’s In Love With You, Mare’ ay mapatawa kayong lahat at alam kong maibibigay namin sa inyo ‘yan,” he said. “Ihanda niyo na mga sarili niyo dahil pagpasok niyo pa lang ng sinehan may ngiti na kayo at pag-uwi niyo ng bahay ay may halakhak kayong bitbit at magiging masayang-masaya ang mga puso niyo.”
Aside from Toni, Luis, and Vice, also part of “This Guy’s In Love With You, Mare” are Edgar Mortiz, Buboy Garovillo, Gladys Reyes, DJ Durano, Karla Estrada, Carla Martinez and Ms. Tessie Tomas.
