The March 12 episode gave us one of those moments you can’t help but talk about: Vensor Domasig, a contestant with a big heart, thanking Vice Ganda in a way that left everyone teary-eyed.

Vensor, a third-year Engineering student from his hometown, stepped up to the mic not just to sing but to pour his heart out about how the show—and Vice Ganda—changed his life.
“Marami pong nangyari sa akin dahil sa It’s Showtime,” Vensor said, his voice full of gratitude. He talked about how the show helped him find fans and land gigs that keep him going. But then he turned to Vice Ganda, and you could feel the room shift. “Gusto ko ring magpasalamat kay Meme Vice dahil hanggang ngayon, sinusuportahan pa rin nya ang pag-aaral ko,” he shared, letting us in on how Vice has been quietly paying for his studies.
“Maraming-maraming salamat po dahil kahit hindi nyo ako kaano-ano, tinulungan nyo pa rin ako,” he added, his words hitting hard—Vice didn’t have to help, but he did anyway.
You could see it got to Vice Ganda, too. With emotion in his voice, he looked at Vensor and said, “Mag-aral kang mabuti. Paunlarin mo ang iyong sarili. Ang hirap maging mahirap. Ang hirap ng mangmang, paglalaruan ka. Ayaw ko na paglaruan ka.”
It was real talk—Vice telling him to study hard, grow, and rise above the struggles of being broke or clueless, because he believes in him. It felt like a big brother giving advice, raw and straight from the heart.
