Netizens, particularly on X (formerly Twitter), are buzzing over reports that real-life couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera are allegedly set to return to Star Cinema for a new movie project.
According to circulating online chatter, the rumored film will reportedly be directed by Mae Cruz Alviar, who also helmed the couple’s blockbuster MMFF 2023 entry, ‘Rewind’.
As of this writing, no official announcement or confirmation has been released by the studio, the director, or the couple themselves. It also remains unclear whether the Kamuning-based network will participate as co-producer in the said project.
If the reports turn out to be accurate, the upcoming film would mark the fourth big-screen collaboration of the ‘DongYan’ tandem.
