In the episode entitled, “Healthfool”, Chef Sharwin will be preparing healthy dishes using the freshest ingredients of Baguio. To make sure that his ingredients are top-quality ones, Chef Sharwin himself will handpick all the ingredients he’ll use.
“We’ll go to the organic farm and market in Baguio to make sure that we’ll get the freshest ingredients for our Healthfool episode,” he said.
Chef Sharwin will also find out how to distinguish fresh ingredients from stale ones and he will show his viewers where to get the best finds at low prices.
