Celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary last April 28, this was posted on the ABS-CBN website on May 1, 2015. The senator posted a sweet message on Facebook for his wife Sharon.
On Twitter, Pangilinan also shared the secret to a strong marriage.
“QUESTION: What is the secret of a marriage that despite the difficult circumstances surrounding it has been able not only to survive but to flourish for many years?
ANSWER: Having a very simple arrangement that has withstood the test of time. She goes her way and I go her way.”
Sharon first met Kiko during the wedding of her brother. They went out on a date and became steady dates in 1994. They got married on April 28, 1996.
