After two weeks of rest, Willie Revillame’s games show “Wowowin” will be back on its timeslot again on GMA Network, before “24 Oras.”
In an official statement released Saturday by GMA Vice President for Corporate Communications Angela Javier-Cruz, it said the show will be off air next month but preparations will still continue for its anniversary celebration. It added that television host Willie Revillame welcomed this brief season break.
Also as part of “Wowowin’s” first anniversary on GMA Network, a refurbished set is expected to be unveiled once the show returns on May 16.
In an interview with Cata Tibayan of 24 Oras, Willie said, “Yung talagang bakasyon namin, hindi talaga bakasyon. It’s more of preparation para sa pagbabalik….para mapakita sa kanila na napakaganda na ng lahat – ng games, ng show, ng set up, ng ilaw,ng sound system, para quality talaga.”
